Hey bloggerians . Today my post is about Cross Country yesterday . Our school SMK Seri Permaisuri carry out an activity Cross Country . Early in the morning like usual all students queue at school hall . Teachers takes for our attendance . After that , teacher let us go back to the class and learning lessons like usual . 2 period we continue our lessons . About 8am we queue back at school hall according to our sport house . Later our teacher calculate the total of students for Blue Team . Teacher give us a bread and a bottle of mineral water for our breakfast . After done the breakfast , we having an aerobic for warm up before starting the event . 9.30am the event is started . The cross country start with Perempuan C . I'm the group for Perempuan A and our team is start around 9.50am . When our turn , we all gather at the school gate and prepare to start running . When the whistle is ring , we start to run . Firstly , I'm run with Ain but later I'm run by alone . I keep running even my legs and body start to feel pain and no energy . Total of checkpoint got 4 . 1st checkpoint at Taman Tasik Permaisuri , 2nd checkpoint at SMK Cheras , 3rd checkpoint at Flat Sri Sabah and last checkpoint is at school . When I start to run , I'm just slow walk and jogging and when reach at school I started to run fast . Finally I reach at school and run faster to the checkpoint and register my name . Later I saw Madam Loo and she say that I'm in the 8th place . At that time I'm so happy and I never think that I can win . Then I have a break at school hall and wait for the ceremony . At about 12pm , the ceremony is start . I'm helping Cik Teo to brings the tray on the stage with Zattiel and Hasanah . Until my turn , I get on to the stage and take my medal .
